    I gave them that waiting because the office staff is rude. They will hang up on you, hold bias opinions and when you ask to be transferred to the actual manager they refuse and send you to their own email. We have had work orders in that are older then two years old and never been fixed. When there are emergency situations like a fridge or oven going out they have made not only my family but others wait anywhere from 3 days to months. They do not treat the complex residents fairly and bully those into forcing them out. In the past year, year and half with the office staff change. They have failed to put freeze warning notices ever. The pool literally opened late because the women in the office did not fill like typing up notices. So memorial day weekend we were the only pool not open. I know this because maintenance actually told a few us when he himself was surprised that notices went out saying the pool would not be ready until Monday. Major changes need to take place in that leasing office. Because none of the 3 ladies are doubt their jobs.
