          It took over a year for the management to fix a leaky window in our apartment (it would literally pour rain or meltwater down the windowsill and onto the floor) When they did come to repair it, the simply spackled and called it good. It never did stop leaking. The apartment upsatiars from us had a leaky toilet. Water and urine came pouring into our apartment. The upstairs toilet was fixed, but the water damage was never addressed, now was the apartment properly cleaned; they left that up to us.

          The units are old and in need of some major repairs. Management is working on the exterior but the apartments themselves need some remodeling.

          The apartments themselves are nice. Decent sized and clean. However the people working up front are rude, not helpful at all, take forever to get back to you on even simple matters. My biggest issue was how rude they were to the residents.

          The management of this place has changed at least 3 times since I first moved in 4.5 years ago. It has steadily gotten worse over time. The landscaping has drastically changed, rent continues to raise every 6 months, they don't keep up with things very well.
