    i love this property because it is all new construction, and within walking distance of the new Walmart. The buildings are very nice and trendy with some are still under construction. This complex is 5 minutes or less from downtown Longmont and just 8 minutes to I-25. There is plenty of parking, garages and street level. The only drawback currently is having to dodge all the construction vehicles and listen to the construction noise.
