I was informed the place was move in ready on July 24, 2018, garage door did not work, place was filthy spider Read More webs in all the corners and light fixtures, appliances stacked in the middle of the living room floor, and garage door did not work, obviously not walked through by someone competent in their job. The next week its move in ready again, still filthy, water damage in the living room ceiling and bathroom floor. Asked them to clean the place and figure out the water damage areas I pointed out.Finally move in August 11, 2018 an updated lease agreement was never supplied to me for my records, the place still had spider/cob webs all over the walls. As a new tenant of a "Luxury" apartment home I should not be able to tell the former inhabitants had a long hair black animal, but the baseboards were covered with the fur of a black animal. The water damage was painted over with a different shade of white paint to cover it, ghetto fix. The topper was the rodent carcasses I found in and on the kitchen cabinets. I brought this information up with the office staff and received combative emails back from Cindi, so I took it a step further to her boss, and received the same type of poor customer service.It took the office staff a month to get me a transponder for the gate, and I still have not received access to the amenities at the office, which they are charging me for.Do not rent here unless you want to pay Parker prices for an Aurora building and staff.

Stay away, after you move out they are going to try and scam you on the charges, they will not call back, 6 da Read Moreys waiting and calling everyday. BBB and a lawyer is the only route I guess.

Slow to respond to any maintenance issues and there were several in my short stay. When I moved out, after two Read More months of and several requests for my deposit refund, they told me they found pet stains and had to replace the carpet. They are charging me over $900. I never had pets and no children. This is absolutely ridiculous!
