    Parking is non-existent after 7/9pm on any given day. The pools are nice, but often boilers are broken and remnants of trash, glass, etc can be found around the pool area. Rules are not enforced and management may or may not, respond to inquiries/complaints. Construction is of the lowest quality, grounds are not maintained. Expect to pay a ridiculous amount for rent (in comparison to nearby competition) and various fees for things like trash removal, common place gas, electric, maintenance fees, community fees, etc. Once your living here, you are no longer a concern or priority to staff. Would not recommend this apartment to an enemy, under current conditions. Renters BEWARE, you can do better!

    I love this complex. We haven't had any issues so far and we have been living here since October. The amenities are the best we have seen in the area and the gym and pool area is beautiful, theres a cafe in the community center with friendly baristas open in the morning/early afternoon, the community center itself is beautiful, the apartments are good quality, and the community itself is very nice, quiet and welcoming. The leasing staff is awesome, friendly and helpful, roads are always iced and paved in snow storms, community is well taken care of. We have been in some pretty bad complexes and honestly, this place beats them out. For as long as they stay in our budget as our lease renews, we will be staying here until we plan to buy a house. Well worth it to come check this place out. The community will remind you of Breckenridge/mountain resort!

    Horrible management! Be very cautious of what you are told upfront! Example: if you would like to invite friends to the pool area they may insist you pay additional fees, cabana, etc. I suggest you fine tooth comb the contract prior to signing...all 30+ pages! RIDICULOUS and w have much regret moving into this property!!

    to much money for rent apt. to small1100. I have apt now that is 1120 for less money and less pet deposits.
