    This place will ripped you off, my family and I lived there for almost three years, and every year we renewed our contract they never came over to clean the carpet as part of it. Lights on kitchen always used to came eoff every two weeks., and they told me t ok get my own bulbs otherwise they will charge me. We had three cars and they only gave us two stickers to put them in there, I told them I need an xtra one for the other5one and they want me to pay $50 even tho my car was on the lease. Management are rude and no professional at all. Seriously dont move here. They kept our deposit of $500 and they charge me $800 more because they said apartment was dirty and it was a little bit but not too charge $1300,that's what they kept at the end. Move anywhere else but not there, they just care about money, other apartments in Parker could be smaller but better treated. Luckily we bought a house so we dont have to keep dealing with rent, especially places like this.

    My wife and I dropped off her cousin at Waterford. In the time it took us to walk her to her door and back, our car was booted. We had parked among numerous open spots, in an area that sported only a small "permit only" sign far from our parking space. We had to pay $325 ransom to a third-party company to remove the boot. We're a young couple with a baby on the way, and this was a huge blow to our finances. I called the office and spoke to Marcia, who blamed the issue on our relatives and said that there's nothing Waterford can do. Yes there is: Post better signage and cancel the contract with the third party company if they won't lower their extortionist rates. I am a cautious father-to-be and I certainly would not have parked in a permit-only area had there been adequate signage. I wish Marcia could have been there last night to rationalize and deflect blame while my wife sat sobbing on the curb.

    Waterford was a luxury living experience with a friendly leasing staff & very nice interior homes-it is all I could've wanted & more in an apartment complex. It was definitely hard moving from a home to here...I'm in a home in the Colorado Club now; however, if you need something short term while you're building a house or looking for a house this place is awesome.

    If you are the type of person who enjoys paying top dollar for mediocre living, then Waterford is the place for you. Take a dip in the "year round" pool that is at a constant 45 degrees. No floaties for the kiddos; no problem. Just have them hang on to the trash that is floating in there. After a long day at work come home and relax in the broken hot tub. Let the relaxing bubbles distract you from the frigid temperatures. Take advantage of the large common area in the leasing office for your children's birthday parties or watch the big game in the theater room. Just make sure that it's with no more than two people and only during office hours. (I am waiting on the commissioners of the NHL, NBA, NFL and MLB to get back to me about adjusting their game schedules to accommodate.) In case your experience is less than luxurious, rest assured that the staff will explain to you exactly why it is not their fault. They will leave you with the assurance that "we are working on it" so there is no need to bother them about it every six months. Are you worried about putting too many miles on your car with your work commute? They've got you covered. If you fail to adhere to the parking restrictions your car/truck will be booted no questions asked. Sure they could try to solve the "garage use situation", but that might take effort. And lets face it as long as your rent is paid who cares? If it is too late and you are already locked in to a lease, just take a leisurely stroll through the "natural" (rediculously overgrown) grassy area near the Sulphur Gulch trail. A nip from one of the adorable rattlesnakes will remind you that it could always be worse. Waterford on Mainstreet; poverty living at luxury prices!
