    There was a slight rate increase from what is listed here, $1700 to $2700. Dont waste your time unless youre in the market to spend that much.

    I gave it two stars because the apartments themselves are very nice, but as the previous reviews said, the new management (Delia and Brandi) is awful to their renters! Awful being an understatement. They treat us very poorly even though some of us have been living here for years. They will only see you by appointment and are always too busy for you. They never get maintenance things done, because maintenance is "understaffed". They charge for EVERYTHING they can. They have a million rules for pool use and just rules for everything in general. Also, the old management did not have us paying for things like water and sewer and the new management took over and they're making us pay back all of it at once. EVEN THOUGH OLD MANAGEMENT SAID WE WOULD NEVER HAVE TO! They pay to have negative reviews removed on google, so beware!!!! I know many people here who left negative reviews and they got them removed.

Also, we want to assure you that we do extensive research to make sure we are providing our residents with fair rates and all of our rental prices are based on current area market values.
