Ute Valley park is also within walking distance - great for mountain biking and hiking. Lots of wildlife in the area - deer are commonly seen on the street and sometimes nap in the front yard! You can hear cows mooing in the distance while outside, but this is in the city! The apartment will have new flooring before move-in. It has a large private fenced-in, no maintenance back yard. It has a fireplace, TV nook, two full bathrooms (one with full size washer/dryer hookups - the previous tenant would like to sell hers), and two bedrooms (master has a huge walk-in closet) - over 1000 sq ft of living space.
