We love living at The Brodie. It often feels like we live at a resort, but we enjoy the feeling! We are very happy with our apartment, the amenities, and the location and are proud to call The Brodie our home!

The Location of The Brodie was the reason I ultimately decided to move from Arizona to Westminster, CO. Wonderful Staff, Brand new community with many options as far as Floorplan and the amenities are wonderful as well.

The overall experience at the The Brodie is excellent. The leasing staff, especially Kathy whom I worked with, was exceptional. The Brodie is high-end - clean, quiet and full of great amenities that are well-maintained, from the year-round pool to the simpler things like a common-area coffee machine which is useful on weekends away from the office.
