fees for many 100s of dollars charged after the fact for services I'm sure were Im much much less and were non negotiable. For exsmple the rekey fee or $200 when a google search showed the fob is <$10

Front office is very responsive to needs and friendly. Everything thus far has been kept clean and there has been really no issues. Property management seems to be on top of getting everything fixed in a timely fashion. Rob is great!

Apartments are nice, new and clean. Floors/Ceilings are a bit too thin, I often hear my neighbors above walking/vacuuming etc. Amenities are nice but there is so many people living here that you hardly get to use them and this is without 2 of the building even being completed. One fairly small pool, grill area and gym is not sufficient for the amount of tenants living here.
