Great amenities and quite. The garage is a hassle. Residents exiting should be able to do so without using gate card. The card use only be required at entrance.

Its a wonderful place to live in. The comforts of having a garage and a gym is priceless. My children love the outdoor pool although the hours for the children should be increased. The tennis courts and the park are really beautiful. They keep the grounds very nice to hang out.

Parking - Good (spaces are a bit tight) Maintenance - OK (sometimes you have to ask 2 or 3 times) Treated well (Mardi Gras, Summer BBQ, Resident Week, Xmas Party)

This place is good but major maintenance is deferred. For example the windows in my apartment are extremely drafty. The heat will randomly shut off at night leaving us cold for the next day or so. Their response for weak ac in the summer is close your blinds when we pay more for a apt higher up. Then in the winter time the excuse for weak heat is that the sun heats the apts so the heat shuts off. But its below 30 and night time..frustrating. other than this is a good place. Prk is nice
