I wish I could give this a zero ): I lived here for two years. There was a stabbing incident, and shortly thereafter they starting renting rooms in the building as an Air B n B. I tried to get out of my lease so many times and they would not let me without paying the full two years. I felt so trapped. The only saving grace was that my then fianc lived in Boston so I would go as much as I could. I don't know what I would have done otherwise. It was brutal. Management was so rude to me. I still remember how horrible Jackie was (and this was like three years ago now). I was scared to write a review but I have lived in so many places after this and never had any issues. I even contacted a lawyer to see if I could get out of my lease but I was in law school and was worried about having issues before the bar exam. There are SO many nice buildings nearby. GO TO THOSE!

Read my google review. I am a current resident. I should have read review before.They have convoluted policies and are very rude.The senior property manager doesnt know how to talk and will never apologize.The property itself is clean except for the public placesThe rooms are tiny, apparatuses are tiny, you will see when you go thereView is definitely awesome. Parking is great.Other than location there is no selling point for this apartment.Trio properties doesn't care much for their residents. I dont know if that applies to me only, if they have grudge against me for calling out their rudeness and not bowing down to their rude behavior. Bt thats from my experience. I wont be surprised if they take away my security deposit citing useless reasons for standing up against their rude unprofessional behavior.If you are good you dont have to explain your property staff behaviors and do resident get together for show.Actions speak louder than words.
