I lived there over 3 years . Recently moved out . We are very upset with move out fines . Some of our friends moved out and shared their experience was worst in moved out and we really didnt believe it . When come to our case was very bad as well . There is big difference whenever you moved inside the apartment their carpet fine was $100 and when moved out our fine was $350 with small stains and for kitchen cabinet damaged $300 for Small invisible cuts . We know how loyal tenats we are .We have been to ask with manager . She was very rude and no respect at all . We have mailed her but there is no response from her End we have asked her about that The answer was very disrespectful. On a serious note The management has to take action towards the lady manager who is dealing with move out and sad note you are losing loyal people day by day .

I ended up living here out of necessity. We needed a 3-bedroom apartment that allowed big dogs - options were limited. How do I even begin with this place? First, maintenance is awful. I requested a light outside to be replaced. It was in the main area near the club house, and it was fall/winter (aka dark all the time). Since I have a dog, I wanted to be able to see when I brought him out. It was NEVER fixed in the 2 years I lived there. Overall the place is dirty - broken sidewalks, trash that just stays on the ground, overflowing trash cans, and more. Let's go into some other things . . . our washing machine broke. Maintenance came quickly to look at it. Over 3 weeks passed, so I sent in another request (it was less than pleasant). But in a coincidence (yes that's sarcasm), we got new washer that day. That request should never take that long nor need a follow up from the resident. Then there was the water problem. For some reason in the second bathroom that water constantly came up through the floor. We thought it was a leak, but it was definitely something coming in from the bottom and probably the foundation. About a month before we left, the same thing started in the kitchen. We called maintenance for both the bathroom and kitchen, and they said there was nothing they could do. Finally, there is the pest problem. We had squirrels in between the floors. They said there was nothing they could do about it because they are wild animals. And of course, there was the mouse that decided to live in our apartment. Once again, they couldn't do anything about it other than provide us some traps. They never came back to look at them or see if anything had happened. Just left them (twice). We had to throw out a custom $3000 couch as the mouse got into it and ate its way out from the inside. Avoid this place at all costs. What it will save you in rent (you get what you pay for), is not worth what you will have to deal with.

This place isnt worth the price...definitely needs an update the apartment is nothing like the model they show. I live on the first floor and I hear my neighbors above me everyday Ive made a complaint and nothing has been done. Ive had numerous spider issues theyve sprayed once but Im still having the same problem. I keep my apartment very clean but keep having the same issue. This is the worst place to live and I plan on moving as soon as lease is up.

Overall, I would say this place isn't worth the money you pay. I've lived here for 7 months now and plan on moving at the end of my lease. My apartment itself is fine, but could use some updating especially when compared to the model apartment they show you. My biggest complaint however has to be the lack of soundproofing between units. I specifically rented a top floor corner unit to have as few neighbors as possible. I share walls with two other units, the people next to me and the people below me. The people next to me I can hear most often when they're in their kitchen and always when they're in their bathroom showering. The tubs creak something awful and if your neighbors talk at more than a quiet inside voice, you'll hear them. The people below me I can hear daily. At first it was a guitar, which I complained to management about and got it to stop. Lately, however, they have a dog which I can hear barking every day. Also, depending on the unit your in will effect the amount of noise and light pollution you experience from Buckland Hills Drive as well as your access to the community garbage bins.

It is certainly not the value for the money I paid. Maintenance call response was pretty bad considering the rent they are collecting. May be it was toward the close of my lease agreement. Either way this is unacceptable. Also they are very particular about the apartment vacation notice. I extended the lease for a month and was in a month by month basis. When I gave a vacation notice a month before I intended to vacate, they still demanded the penalty which is a month rent. Wrong! Stay away!

My apartment has a wood burning fireplace, and looks out onto a wooded area---it is a first floor apartment and the patio is set-up in such a way as to have a little private backyard. Super!
