This place is not worth the price it displays, staff is horrible for the most part.

Garbage removal is a joke. It is the only amenity they complex pays for and their is also a mountain of trash. It is beyond in sanitary. They need to empty the trash more or charge the residents if they can not afford to have the trash emptied more. It is a health concern.

Staff changed and they were not prepared to answer any questions I had and showed no genuine concern for the people that were already living here, it felt like they were making commission off new people and they were casting aside the current residence. There should of been concurrent training in policy's and regulations governing the daily conduct of business prior to hiring.

Being a resident at Vintage at the Grove has been very enjoyable. The complex is well kept, staff is friendly, and any facilities issue is taken care of quickly. Some improvement to the trash/recycling area would be nice as far as more dumpsters or more frequent pick up to handle the over abundance of items on weekends. The pool and gym are a great accommodation, but longer hours for both would be even better.

Having one garbage site is silly & inconvenient. Maintenance staff is outstanding in responsiveness.

Love staying at Vintage.Maintenance issues are very quickly resolved.Overall the community is very neat and clean.Also , they are very quick to clean snow during snow season.
