Robert Treat Apartments

Bill, the property manager, is very rude. I have never met someone so rude. When I moved in, he would not allow me to view the apartment...I signed the lease blindly. He is very unprofessional and raises the lease every year by $100. He will tell you it will not increase but once you're moved in, it will. Avoid Robert Treat Dr and Newport Associate apartments. Be WARNED!

Great place to live especially if you have children.One thing I have to say about these reviews about Bill the manager is they are totally wrong (He is a really awesome guy and helped me with any problem I ever had)Very fair person and helpful !!

Went to visit the apartment today however it was flatly refused by Bill the property manager. He was downright rude and had no manners to talk with women. We were thinking of giving him a tight slap with the way he talked with us. It was a shame of having such weird people. 0 star for him.

We have been residing in these apartments for almost 8 years now. Everything else is great except the increasing theft incidents of private property (Kids bikes, scooters, patio furnitures, GPSs and other personal belongings from cars etc.... This has been raised several times with the authorities but there is hardly any action from their side. We have been asking them to at least take some corrective measures like install more street lights and surveillance system which is a very basic requirement from security standpoint. The incidents are increasing day by day and it is becoming a bit difficult to reside here any more.

Decent. Not the greatest, certainly not the worst. Price was most affordable in the area.

Zero problems with the apartment, staff, location, etc. The electric heat in my apt., however, was VERY expensive.

Pathetic facility,laundry room stinks smell bad.Saw snake in laundry room where water outlate gutter is kept open .. Worse property management ever i have seen .

Currently halfway through my second year renting at the Newport Apts, and it's honestly been the best, most pain free, renting experience I've ever had. Sean in the office is consistently on top of things and always happy to help how he can. The maintenance staff is spectacular; whether it's a simple thing like dropping off a towel bar or something as involved as replacing my toilet when the tank rusted, they've yet to make me wait more than a few hours to hear back and they've consistently handled everything I've asked of them within a day. They renovate every apartment before new tenants and they keep things very clean. The rent is also very reasonable, especially in our currently over-inflated market

Beautiful and clean apartment. Es un lugar muy seguro , tiene piscina , área de tennis , Picnic . Parqueo privado . Área para niños , lavandería .

Junk place, junk manager bill, you getting 1 star because of junk bill!!

I recently moved into Newport Apartments that were totally renovated and a lovely place to call home. The grounds are kept up nicely along with the pool area. While dealing with Sean and the maintenance team has been a pleasant experience, the so called manager Bill is less then accommodating, rude, and so condescending. How this man works with people is beyond me. I will only deal with SEAN moving forward. He his kind, understanding and listens with a caring ear. I hope that old miserable man (bill) retires soon and Sean is the only one to deal with people. I gave it 4 stars because Bill is huge negative for me!
