This place is really very nice. Located a street over from the heart of New Havens restaurant scene the building is a bit quieter as a result. You are also just a short walk from either Yale Hospital or Yale University. The staff here is phenomenal! Rob and Katina are very helpful and made our time there feel like a vacation. The building is super pet friendly and there are quite a few dogs and cats in the building. The rooms are absolutely huge and the bathrooms are larger than most bedrooms in some modern apartments. As as older building you benefit from the superior building designs of the past here. We never heard our neighbors. The only downside (not Temple Squares fault) is the outside noise can be obnoxious at times. New Haven is a loud city though with blaring stereos, motorcycles, and loud cars roaring past at all hours. But you will get that anywhere in New Haven. For the price, location, convenience, and staff this is the place to be in New Haven.
