    The location was good for our jobs. It was a nice and quiet area. They allowed animals in some apartments. No dogs in mine which I wish we could have had our dog but wasn't allowed.

    Very noisy place, noisy neighbors. Had a sewage problem in the bldg. trash strewn all over the property. Kitchens very much outdated. Cabinets shelves painted over so many times that they were stuck and no longer adjustable. Washers were terrible, clothes did not come out too clean and dryers too hot.. Could not regulate heat in apts and always way too hot, tenants had windows open in the wintertime because of the high heat issue. Tubs constantly backing up. Mice and bugs. Spiders.
