    I am a current resident. Dont waste your money into this place. Since moving here weve lost hot water without any warning. Now our washer/ dryer and heat have been broken for weeks and no one has bothered to come look at them even though Ive called a number of times. Getting out of here as soon as possible. My money will be good somewhere else.

    The staff in leasing center are not friendly enough. They are kind of ineffective and laggard. However, the price is fair.

    Its an old building with older equipment and facilities. The water boiler was shut for "maintenance" about 15 times in 1 year. The ventilation in the bathroom is a big problem. The exhaust fan shuts off at night, so extremely dirty smell from other people's apartments, smoke (from people smoking in the bathroom) etc fills your apartment. Most of the residents have blocked the exhaust outlet to avoid this, thus defeating its purpose.
