100 year old apartment! Only outside nice. Inside crazy! Before contact such Reviews first please!

The worse place. The building is very old, the elevators break down every week and take months to fix, the hallways and the entire building are dirty, the maintenance is very poor and you have to pay for everything. Every week the fire alarm rings and you have to get up at dawn. If you move out early you have to pay $2,500 and they keep your security deposit even if your apartment is in good condition. All they want is your money. The manager is inept.

Was shown an apartment because the oneI was going live in wasn't available to be seen. Complete bait and switch. On move in day the apartment was dirty, not painted and unlivable. Didnt move in then they tried to collect a cancelation fee. Without contacting me they forwarded issue to collection agency. Strong armed me to pay threatening my credit score would be negatively affected and later found out they own collection agency. Complete scam. Do not rent here!!

I'm new tenant! After Sign up my big mistake! Just outside normal! Why no good reviews understood now! Leaking water roof! No working air-condition !!! Maintenance no working! After sign up office doesn't help! Neighbors same problem. I will leave 10 month lease. Left 9 month! Don't take lease!

I went on a tour recently. I saw two tenants, walking their dogs on the playground where the kids were playing and the dog pooped on the grass. We werent able to see the apartment we would be signing a lease for and that was highly suspect. The bowling machine was broken when we visited the game room and you have to pay to play almost everything in there. My husband walked through the stairwell from the 1st-6th floor and he saw beer bottles, stains on the walls from urine and coffee, cigarette butts and other garbage. There were two overflowing dumpsters of garbage in the back. And the grounds overall are poorly maintained. Its not worth the money they are asking for. We spoke with some tenants before leaving the grounds and they called it private project living.

Worst place ever. My kids still reel from living here. Disgusting place and even more disgusting management. They even tried suing me when I moved out claiming damage. Luckily I had videos and photos that priced otherwise. Its like making a pact with the devil. Dont do it. I know price sounds too good to be true and it is!
