It's friendly and cool. The restaurants are well lit clean and has good vibe. I go cycling with my neighbors around the park with my neighbors.

We are in walking distance to schools. They're also convience stores that are walkable. There are a few restaurants nearby. Also there is a homeowners association

A few strip shopping centers where is an ice cream, deli's pizza shops and an adult friendly and kid friendly park
