    The apartments are really old and nothing like the models they show you but everything is in working condition. The neighbors are for the most part quiet except some tenants but that is usually expected. Maintenance is usually quick and the office staff are super nice. The parking lot is a nightmare with no dividing lines and a lot of pot holes everywhere so finding a spot can be quite difficult. They send letters out saying they will fix it but never do and I have lived here for almost a year. The dumpsters are also an issue as they are small and people throw furniture and all kinds of stuff in and around it so it looks messy. They do advertise a park and a pool but the pool has been shut down since I moved in and the play ground is old and lousy. The laundry rooms also leave a lot to be desired as there is only two washers and two dryers and the room itself is really dingy. The traffic at night can be annoying if your not used to the sounds of a busy road which is 495 and governor printz , last the heat is controlled by them in the winter so it can get hot not being able to control your own heat but I open the windows and it helps. The AC are wall units as well. I would say this is a great starter apartment for a young adult or someone who works a lot and doesn't need much or maybe if your looking for something inexpensive and close to major highways as a stepping stone to something better. This is an alright place to live but its not ideal. You get what you pay for and even then I think the rent could be a little cheaper considering there are no real amenities to these apartments. Maybe a dishwasher in some units but mine doesnt even have that.

    The first thing is that the model apartment has all new stuff in it and is freshly painted to give you a false sense of how the apartments are. The apartment I rented was not available to look at before I moved in. when I moved in to my apartment I noticed a lot of issues with the place and bought it to the office attention and nothing was done about it. over time I have requested things to be done and still have been waiting to this day. If not for my situation I would have not moved in here.
