      Welcome Home to Woodacres Apartments! The community is nestled between beautifully maintained mature trees, a dog park, and even a small playground with iron park-style grills that're just small features adding a lot of value for summer evening activities amongst friends, neighbors and family. Ive had the pleasure of living in the community for a little over two months now and couldnt be happier with the accommodations, cleanliness, and services received from the office staff. Personally, I never engaged with the maintenance team because I've never had a maintenance issue to address with my 2 bed / 1.5 bath apartment. This speaks volumes as the maintenance team is on their A-game affording all the necessary attention to detail before I even moved-in. Throughout my particular apartment, I have whirlpool appliances in the kitchen, a ceiling fan in the dining room (very nice), and an oversized master bedroom that generously accommodated a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and half-bath. There are so many windows in my apartment that Ive lost count but it doesnt matter because Ive enjoyed all the warm natural sunlight I could get. Check this place out, you'll be glad you did!

      Everyone in the office and maintenance staff have been extremely helpful and kind. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is parking.

      I wish that corporate and the office would be on one accord regarding information such as rent due amounts and renewals of lease. The lack of communication causes a trust issue with the manager and the tenants. Also wish that there was bette customer service so that the tenants could speak with someone in corporate if there may be an issue with any information at the office. I will say that the maintenence and office staff are friendly and provide a comfortable environment. The community is a safe environment to raise a family. Thank you for reviewing my concerns and compliments.

      Mailboxes are not large enough and not very secure. It would be nice to have a larger box as well as a box to drop off out going mail. Hall carpet in my building, 912 Cherry tree lane is really dirty...having clean carpet would make the area much nicer...

      Please develop a better way to track maintenance requests. There are things that have yet to be completed from when I moved in almost 2 years ago!

      Maintenance does not respond to work orders. Office staff responds to issues "too little, too late". Price too high for the level of customer service provided. Parking lots left in unacceptable condition during and after snow storms. Maintenance truck remains parked in same place day in and day out.
