    DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT LOUD, RUDE, TRASHY NEIGHBORS, THEY ALLOW THERE DOGS TO CRAP ALL OVER THE GRASS NEVER PICK IT UP, SMOKING WEED ON BACK STEPS IN MORNING AND ALL DAY! HEARING GUNSHOTS AT 3AM, SEEN ONE GUY PUNCH OUT BACK WINDOW AS THEY DIDNT HAVE A KEY AND WERE ARGUING WITH SPOUSE WHO WAS INSIDE,THEY THROWS TRASH ON GROUND LIKE ITS NOTHING, I WOULD NEVER RAISE A CHILD HERE OR WANT MY ELDER PARENTS TO BE AROUND THIS!!

    Please weigh your options before considering this place. Ive been at Dover Estates II for three months so far and as a military service member it has been nothing but an unpleasant experience. There is barely any parking for starters. The complex is loud. Cricket infestations. The hot water is very unreliable. Always a new fee on my rent payment. The list goes on. The staff is nice, but it can be a hit or miss. The apartment itself isnt too bad, hence some renovation. I chose a two bedroom and its in a great price range (take into account there is NO in unit laundry). All-in-all, I regret moving here.
