    First off I'll just say this....roaches..... I did a walk through and didn't see any, moved my stuff in and out they came. I told the lady about it in the office and she sounded surprised, which was insulting because they had to know. Whoever did maintenance on it before I moved in painted over all the outlets and cable jack. 2 burners on the stove won't even get hot enough to boil water ( they did check them and said they were fine, yes they turn on but they don't get hot). The ice maker wont stop making ice, so that's fun. Someone above me put something in their garbage disposal that clogged in into my sink and it backed up (I don't use it honestly) then when I told them it was happening it took them almost a month to come look at it and they said the next time I would have to pay for it when I didn't even do it. The central air is so loud I can't hear my TV. Lastly, they have a contract I guess with ups/FedEx where they HAVE to drop off packages to the office....ok fine..... the office employees leave early or don't come in at all sometimes so you're just waiting to get your things. I had meds coming through the mail that got there on a Thursday and I had to wait until Monday to get them because no one was in the office. calling the number is pointless. pleeeease don't fall into this place unless you just need a roof over your head, it's technically better than a tent.....technically.

    Overpriced and outdated units. The stairways are falling apart (we all remember the Facebook incident where the contractor exposed them trying to cut corners fixing the means of egress to units) Maintenance only comes to fix things when they get around to it meanwhile they demand their payment on time or penalties/litigation's occur. In fact the only way for you to get them to uphold their end of the contract as far as maintenance especially major fixes(Heating/ Air conditioning) is to contact the Attorney General. Minor things like your appliances and such either take forever or never. Do not waste your time or money on this place. The owners of this property own a couple other places around the city of Dover. Do your research first they all operate the same. Any questions email me Ill personally show you the paperwork and pictures via screenshot of various incidents during my tenure at this residence.

    For one, they dont give you want they show you. My central air hasnt worked in almost two years. The maintenance workers there dont help with anything. The pool that they advertised hasnt been open in god know how long. And very unprofessional
