      Pros: - The front office is courteous and helpful. The help I received during my search for an apartment was great. - Spacious apartments (1B/1BA) - Well maintained grounds - So far it seems safe - Maintenance has been on top of everything I have requested Cons: - Thin walls. This has been a major adjustment for me and I absolutely cannot stand it anymore. My neighbor continues to blast his/her music at obnoxious hours of the night/early hours. Have I made complaints to the front office??? YES, twice, but I have yet to see a change. Idk what else to do. - You can hear the person walking above you. That may not be much of a problem for some but if the person above you has children then that may be quite annoying.
