The staff on site are very helpful. Problems are addressed promptly. The buildings are in good shape and repair. BUT the lack of parking or assigned parking is a HUGE problem. And the allowing of Large dogs is troublesome, especially if the animals run and bark late at night.

The one bedrooms are extremely small and very pricey for the amount of square footage, but overall a clean development. There is absolutely no parking because people have spare cars and motorcycles that they do not drive. They leave them in the residents parking spaces for years at a time right near the residents entrances. There are many commercial vehicles such at taxi cabs, verizon, dish network, and Comcast cable vans parked in the residents parking spaces. Parking is terrible.

I live in a Town Home style apartment. It is excellent for my needs. Never had a problem with the office staff. The location is perfect. Its is located within 5 minutes or less to everything I need to shop for on a regular basis. Some people say the location is terrible but compare to where I moved from, Irvington, NJ, this place is great and offers more that I expected.

The staff was polite and very helpful. We had plentyof warning anytime someone needed to come into the apartment. When there was a leak in our ceiling and water started coming into our apartment maintenance responded promptly. The only thing that we did not like was that rent for the following year/lease term went up over $100/mo. There was no incentive to stay even though we had been extremely good tennants.
