because it is a very quite place to live most of the people there are friendly.My apartment is nice an cozy just right for me. But there is one thing that I would like to see change are the rugs there not very good and the padding is not thick enough

Maintenance could have been better. Also the building is too old and always having complaints from down stairs if we walk in the apartment.
