    They lure you in with a beautifully renovated model apartment and then pull a switcheroo. The apartment you actually move into will be poorly renovated with gaps in flooring, holes under cabinets and scratches on walls. There is absolutely no insulation so expect to freeze with your heat on in the winter. If they are renovating the apartments around you, you will hear constant machinery and Mariachi music from 6:30am to 8:30pm at night. The dumpsters are always overflowing and trash spews all over the grounds. They do not remove snow and ice from the parking lot or sidewalks, I even had to call an ambulance for a woman who slipped on the steps and cracked her head open here. I've seen police officers and fire trucks here multiple times responding to slashed tires, property damage and noise complaints. The management office NEVER answers the phone and NEVER returns messages. This place is a nightmare - we've been here only 4 months and will be moving out as soon as possible.

    Overall this place is great. It's located in an amazing area. It's very quiet, and the units are virtually noise-proof. The only downside that I can really claim is that the units are old construction with single pane aluminum windows and inefficient AC units. That being said, electric bills can get steep in the summer time. Everything else is terrific from the management staff and maintenance, to the residents.

    I love my neighbors. I have, over all the nicest people in my building. The rent is standard, repairs are standard. Promises are made to get you and and little if anything is done once you are in. I do hav great neighbors tho and they are pet friendly.

    Maintenance isn't the best. Parking can be a bit of an issue. Assigned parking should really be implemented and enforced. Windows are a bit old and need replacing.
