    The grounds were well groomed at all times. Whenever there was an issue with anything in apartment, it was responded to in a timely manner.

    Construction appears to be have been rushed with corners cut in various places. Upon move in there was paint and spackle on carpets, and door jams were poorly installed (both exterior doors have problems with the deadlock not fitting into the door jam). One door was missing a pin for one of the hinges. Walls are very thin despite advertising "double thick insulation" and pipes/ducts in walls are very loose and shake and rattle all of the time. Apartments are very energy efficient however.

    I'm a little upset at the garbage dumsters. The one below my building is designated for recyclables but is always filled with garbage!

    BP has very nice housing. However, the poor conditions of the driveways and parking lots causes it to not earn a score of excellent. The huge pot holes cause wear and tear on my tires and the car's alignment. Also the handicap ramp to enter the buildings is not placed directly in front of the door way which makes it hard to enter at times.

    The Reserve at Beck's Pond is almost finished as of June 2014, but I already love the community it is growing into. The landscaping is coming along nicely, and though there have been several delays in the parking lot completion and the construction of the pool and clubhouse my wife and I are very pleased that we settled here. The staff is what really shines at the Reserve and have repeatedly shown their enthusiasm for the comfort of the residents. The Reserve will be even better in another year.
