I moved in 2010 and love living at Valley Stream! My husband and I chose the 2bdrm NY because of the layout and the space (very spacious). Our apartment overlooks the pool so we enjoy the view during the summer. The staff has changed, but everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Current maintenance team responds quickly to any issues in my apartment. We plan on renewing our lease and won't be moving until we are ready to purchase a home. We recommend Valley Stream to anyone!

Valley Stream Village is a great place to live. Its conveniently located making travel and shopping easily accessible. The neighbors and staff are very friendly and the grounds are very well kept. I've lived here several years and I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to take the time to look into this property.
