I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone solely due to how difficult it is to get the office to do their jobs. They don't communicate and like to cop an attitude if you call them asking for updates. Move in issues were never fixed and it's been over 2 years. The community is nice enough people, but the office is an consistent obstacle when you need them to do their jobs. Ntm the rent they're trying to charge is shooting WAAAAY up. And for what? An office that doesn't make sure you're happy? Pass on this location if you have the option.

I do not recommend living here. They recently updated gym access moving from a keypad system to requiring a key fob, only they haven't given all residents key fobs. This means that many people don't have access to the gym, which I suspect would violate our lease agreement. Furthermore, our stove shoot sparks for over 3 months and I called their office multiple times to get a maintenance person to check out the safety of the appliance and no one ever responded. I emailed the parent office Capano residential to have a record in case anything happened. The apartment is fine, but the customer service for Barrett Run office isn't always reliable or very courteous.

Good they have fixed most of the things that have become broken such as one of our doors and our heating and our dishwasher. some of the things have not yet been fixed and although we do use them often there is no reason they should have broken after only one year and a few months. Also the neighbors are loud and have a dog that barks all night.

Great place to rent! They take care of their residents and when/if we have any problems, theh handle it ASAP...

Never given a walk through of my apartment. Move in day was fiasco; no one around for the key, waited over an hour in the office, movers and cat waiting. water leaks in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, linoleum should have been replaced, water leak from upstairs units AC that took over three months to fix.
