Great apartment in an excellent location! The apartments are nice and spacious with a NICE kitchen, and I love all of the large windows. The dog-friendliness, including BIG dogs, is wonderful, especially with the fenced-in dog-park area. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My biggest concerns, though, are 1) lack of a gym on-site (although the pool is great) and 2) the utter COLD of the ground floor apartments in the winter (conversely very cool in the summer, but doesn't compensate).

I've lived at Arundel for about a year and a half and I've been impressed! I've lived all over the U.S., usually as a homeowner or in military housing, and I can say that this experience has exceeded my expectations. The rent in this area is crazy, but Arundel cost is more than reasonable. Management and Maintenance are super responsive, I've had every issue addressed with one business day. It has been quiet here, it's safe and it's pretty well equipped. We'll worth checking out!

I've been living here for three months now . So far, I have had a great experience with the management. They are always available and responsive. I had a few minor issues, and when contacted, they took care of it within 24 hour. The maintenance team is great and very helpful as well. Quite and friendly complex. The only issue is bugs because I am on the ground floor ,so expect that if you get the same choice. And they will spray on summer time and if needed. So it's a common issue you have to consider before choosing the ground floor anywhere. I will recommend this place

I have been living here in Arundel Apartments for about 5 years and have enjoyed my time here. Calls to the office have always been returned promptly. Repair requests were handled quickly and done properly.

Arundel has become home to us! We have been living here for over a year and all I have to say is that we feel part of the community. They have friendly staff, our building is quiet, and the neighbors are very respectful with noise and cleanliness. My son loves the pool and walking around the area because it's beautiful in the summer. Totally recommend it!!

I have been living in Arundel for over the past three years. I love both the management and maintenance teams at my facility. They are all professional and kind. I feel like we are part of a community family (love the smiles). The common areas inside and outside of the building are kept clean. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. I do not have a pet, but it is a pet friendly place. The apartments are spacious with a lot of storage space. The gym upgrades its stationary bike to an Eschelon stationary bike with a video display for classes in spin, yoga, HITT and stretching. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, access to I95 (NYC, Phila, Balt, and DC). You are in walking distance to two great parks (Carousel and DelCastle). If you like golfing, there is a golf course and driving range less than 5 minutes away. Finally, if you enjoy the arts, Wilmington and Newark theaters are close. You have access to great shows without the cost of parking and hassle of traveling & traffic that you will find in larger cities. I call Arundel HOME!

I love living here! For the most part, the apartments have been updated with new flooring and carpeting. Some have washer/dryers. The buildings are safe and secure. My wish list is for a new layer of sod or grass seed in low lying areas. All maintenance issues have been handled quickly and efficiently by staff and crew. My building is very quiet which is important to me.

You if are thinking about moving here then be prepared to be physically attacked by the feral cat colony that has infested arundel apartments. Using the word infested to its true meaning of uncontrolled breeding and unvaccinated cats. They will attack you as you walk out of your building and try to enter. If you have a dog then they will attack your dog when trying to go for a walk. Not to mention the feces and vomit you will also step in while walking out your door in the entrance. Also be ready to pay your own vet bills when the animals attack your pets and you have to take them to be tested. You’ll also get to have cat scratches all over the paint of your car. And yes, the property managers are aware of the situation and do nothing about it. The residents feed the cats by leaving large piles of wet food out right in the common walk way that attract other rabies carrying animals like fox and raccoons. If you care about your safety at all do not move here. If you even come to visit the property you will see the 100s of cats that have over taken the area. This is a huge risk to the residents and the property owners do not care about this and will not give you any warning. Also, they have come to fix our AC 4 times and it is still broken and we have given up trying to ask them to fix it because winter came. The residents park where ever they want in the parking lot not in any parking spots just in the middle of the lot. The ceiling to the balcony is falling down and could down on someone at any moment. These apartments are so dangerous I don’t know how this is legal.
