    Nice community to live in, fairly quiet, grounds are well kept. Apartments are large with ample closet space. There needs to be consistent updating done that is uniformly across the board including the widows and appliances and issues with mold, leaks and moisture need to be taken serious and properly addressed. The musical property managers needs to stop as well. When this property had a dedicated manager that cared about the residents and the quality of living, things were great. Please get back to that.

    I enjoy living at Brandywine Hills Apartments. The neighbors are great and for the most part it is easy to find a parking spot. It's expensive but that's kind of a given since it's near a major city. I had to move to the city as a requirement for my job and Brandywine Hills Apartments was one of the few nice areas we could move to. I do wish it was cheaper or that there were discounts to residents who pay on time but what can you do.
