    Management has turned Corporate and living conditions have decreased while rent has increased. They have due notice we will be leaving the end of 11/30/19.

    This is an older apartment complex and there is not enough attention paid to upkeep and repairs. For example painters were hired to paint the hallways and they did such a poor job that they ruined the hall carpeting and it has never been replaced. The fountain is nice but it not kept up in a way that makes it appealing. On a positive note, dogs are permitted and the elevator is a nice feature for individuals who struggles with stairs. The elevators have always worked and can be counted on! Last year there was a significant premium charged of 25% to go to a month to month lease after finishing the year. This is the first apartment that I have lived in that requires a year to year lease for long term residents and it may cause me to leave before I need to in order to gain flexibility, which is one of the reasons that I choose to rent.

    I have been living here since the 80's, that you tell you something. I just wished I could get my intercom fixed, I hope to be able to stay here until I can't. I do like living here.

    The place has gone downhill since Olive Tree Management (based in New Jersey) took over. Lots of people have left recently; if I weren't ill, I probably would have, too.

    New management came in a couple years ago... rent has gone up significantly since. Trash receptacles outside are always overflowing. Not very clean all around. No trouble that weve seen though.
