  Hello, thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, we do not have any availability. Our office has an extreme amount of phone calls due to our competitive pricing so it is difficult to call every single person back just to let them know we do not have availability. If a leasing call is missed, we do return phone calls promptly if we can offer you an apartment home.

  Good Afternoon- I appreciate your feedback. Due to our competitive pricing we have an overwhelming response of calls. If you did not receive a call back and left a voicemail, it is because we unfortunately did not have any availability for the time frame or size apartment you were looking for. Thanks again for your interest in Parklynn and if you are flexible with your move in date you may call us again at a later date to discuss our availability at that time.

  Good Afternoon- Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you did not hear back. This is most likely because we did not have availability related to the specifics of your intended move. I do call back all prospective residents whose needs match our current availability. If you leave a voicemail with what you are looking for, and I have an apartment to offer I will follow up promptly. Unfortunately, I am not able to respond to all messages to relay that we do not have availability due to the overwhelming response of leads received daily. Rest assured, we are happy to assist you with a rental as long as we have one! Feel free to reach out in the future if you are still in need to check any updates on availability!
