Avalon First and M is very conveniently located in the heart or NE and right near grocery store options, restaurants, pharmacies and most importantly, the NOMA metro station. The amenities that come along with you Avalon investment are highly worth it and ones that you cannot compare to any other apartment complex around.

So far, my experience with Avalon has been great! After we got a tour of the building, we followed up and immediately got a response with the apartment we wanted. The online application was easy and we got approved immediately. After signing out lease, Avalon was in constant communication with us with information about what we had to do, what steps we needed to take to move in, and was so helpful with all of our questions. Since this was our first time renting an apartment, we were so grateful that Avalon worked with us and was so accommodating. I would definitely recommend Avalon to anyone who is a first-time renter!
