I like my apartment and I pay a fair rent. I am very unsatisfied with the professionalism of the staff. They are disorganized, non responsive and frequently unprofessional.

The apartments are completely renovated with new modern appliances. The apartments are also very affordable in an up and coming neighborhood. The management and staff are very friendly and attentive their tenants.

I absolutely love living at the Metropolitan. The staff is kind & responsive. The building is ALWAYS clean. I really feel like I'm getting my money's worth with this apartment.
