The Artisan is located near Metro Center, Gallery Place, and the Archives Metro Stations as well as Chinatown, Capital One Arena, and numerous museums and dining options. There is an application fee of $50 per person. The minimum lease term is for one year. The minimum credit score requirement for consideration is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The required security deposit is equal to one full month's rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity. A cat or small dog is accepted with a one time, non-refundable pet fee of $300.
