This is the worst place I have ever lived. The office staff is worthless. There is one maintenance personal guy that is good. The rest are bums that somehow got a job. Our carpet has nails sticking out and cut your feet if not paying attention. They said it will not be fixed until we move out and has been messed up since the end of May and now it's August. Bugs? They're everywhere, we've been here since March and the pest control we pay for we've seen ONCE. Our doorbell worked once in the beginning. The creases in the drywall are atrocious and nails are painted over. Cheap particles board cabinets in the kitchen have water damage and are swelling. The dishwasher leaks and they haven't fixed it so we cant use it. The metal roof on the patio is collapsing. The wood on the patio is rotting and there's gaping holes in the wood so I hope you enjoy your neighbors. There's patches of popcorn missing on the ceiling. The appliances in the kitchen aren't what the model apartment look like they're old and outdated. The cabinet doors are warping. The filter in our a.c. unit was black when we moved in. One light switch shocked my fiance and an outlet by our bed side fried her phone charger. I will be cross posting this review just in case this is deleted. And don't believe any reviews you have seen recently because they offered $5 off your next bull if you give a good review.

Rent gets higher every year and now we have to pay for a trash delivery service we have no interest in. The gym equipment is terrible and neglected. I don't know why I have a key bc they close the gym around 10pm. The laundry machine situation is also frustrating. If I forget to put money on my card on Saturday I can't get laundry done on Sunday or in the evening after the office closes bc the machine to restock money is in the leading office. Our AC is broken every other week.

The location is great for me, anything you could want in central Florida is a short drive away. The area is quiet, there's a park and baseball fields next door, and the office staff is very friendly. We've had some maintenance issues that I feel could have been prevented by more thorough upkeep of the building. Recently, the new ownership appears to have taken a sincere interest in improving the complex, though, so it could pick up.

There's a lot of maintenance and restoring of the structure to be done in the complex - rusted stairwells, detached railings, missing siding and cutters, etc. etc. Do appreciate the new roofs!

Time of move in; walls are chewed up by previous owners dog and was poorly painted over. Dishwasher has one wheel and really does not wash any dishes just spritzes them. Holes in wall in bathroom cockroaches continuously come out of them. Kitchen light has been replaced five times in a year but keeps burning out . Went from a contract to paying month to month and the rate is about 1.75 times the contracted rate. Making living conditions worse to sleep with the roaches.

the maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to respond, but my air conditioning unit keeps breaking and my kitchen faucet is always dripping. they keep fixing it, but it's never actually fixed
