I have live here at Timberlake for the past 17 years. The location and amenities are wonderful. The office sta Read Moreff has always been there to assist me whether to answer any questions or help with a work . The maintenance crew has always been available day or night and the only thing I would suggest is to have a larger crew for the size of the complex. The crew you have now are knowledgeable and have always completed the repairs in a timely manner. Yes, I would recommend living at Timberlake.

My husband and I have lived here for 4 years. When we first moved in maintenance was efficient at fixing issue Read Mores but now they are terrible. We have had issues in our apartment with ants and even after pest control comes and we treat ourselves they do not go away. We have had to have our AC fixed one to two times every year since we moved in. The floors in our apartment are not level and if you have furniture agains the wall it wobbles when you walk near it. Parts of our subfloor are sinking in and you can feel the small gaps with your bare feet. This is a cheap place to live but its nit worth all the hassle!

SLEAZY MONEY HUNGRY MANAGEMENT. This was a pretty decent complex and was an okay price. I'm giving this proper Read Morety a 1 star because they will try to take your money. This was the first apartment I have rented. I've always rented homes. I went to the office on our last day there to drop the keys off and was told the inspection is done without me so I dropped my keys off and left. This is incorrect. Apprarantly if you do not do the inspection walk through with them they can put what ever they want on it and charge you for anything. This is a hard lesson learned. So I am now fighting them for an $1000 charge for carpet in which they kept our deposit so now we owe them $800. There is picture evidence that there is nothing wrong with it but it doesn't matter it's still hitting our credit. So now we are trying to buy a home and we have to deal with that on our credit and a very rude man calling us constantly because I didn't know any better to walk through the unit with them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Ive lived here for seven years due to my daughters school district. This is a great location but the buildings Read More are old. The new management is much nicer and the pools are beautiful. Rent is affordable currently. Maintenance has been good and very quick to fix problems but the air conditioning cannot keep up with apartments on the second floor in the summer heat. Lots of turnover of good residents. Overall a safe place to raise my daughter.
