Bro this place is amazing like all the people there are nice like Jennifer and Melissa they are some of the nicest people I have met and the apartments are really nice the pool is awesome they have a dog park with is a good thing for me because I have two dogs and they love it

I am highly recommending that you do not rent from Marden Ridge Apartments. Everything they tell you is a big lie. They advertise a smoke free community, but there is smoking on the property. They do not sweep or wash down the common areas, which include the walkways and stairways. Therefore, there has been a build up of dirt, cigarette, buds, food, and roaches from the day that I began to rent, which is over a year ago. The ladies in the office tell you want you would like to hear, but when you leave they do not do anything. The valet garbage pickup is a joke. When the garbage is picked up and there is something leaking, the mess is all over the walkways and stairways, and again it does not get cleaned. The place is looking now like a run down dump, which will be worse within the next few months. Of course the nice building closest to the office is where they will take you, which will not give you an honest picture of this property. Take my advise...DO NOT RENT FROM MARDEN RIDGE!

Neighbors are rudely loud all the time, have contacted the office and they do nothing but tell you things to shut you up, do not move here if you want to sleep. They only care about your money, you don't matter here!
