Local Reviews

quiet and neighbors are nice. I like the fact that there is a guard gate 24 hrs a day to keep unwanted visitors out

It is walking distance to the beach. It has two Publix market nearby. And it has a variety of cuisine.

I love that we have a neighborhood park and that most neighbors are friendly. We have good organization for neighborhood group activities like fall festivals, pizza in the park, and back to school/ end of school celebrations as a neighborhood.
