Kudos to property manager Nicole Satterfield for her tireless work and compassion and willing to help residents. I have been a tenant for just about 15 years and she by far is the best manager during my tenancy Thanks Nicole! Thanks Nicole!

Do not live here. The office staff is a joke. Willing to bet that theyre drunk all the time. Theres mold issues that they do nothing about. I received a renewal via email but it had someone elses name, building and apartment number. I replied and no response. Received another renewal notice and again, addressed to someone else in a different building. Prices on each were different. Now they are charging me more for not signing yet Ive not received MY ACTUAL RENEWAL. This place is terrible. Stay away.

Quantum Lakes Villas is the worst place to live in Boynton Beach. First you will pay an additional $200+ on your rent; DON'T BELIEVE THE BROCHURE. This complex has hiding fees like an airline company. No Joke. I have lived in QLV for almost a year and my rent has went up 3 times. I'm paying more here than I have ever paid for rent. Second you will never receive any notification about anything: parties, giveaways or changes. One example the office installed a security lock on the mailbox room and never informed the residents of the change nor the pass code.Last the office staff is horrible; exceptionally the short big Caucasian woman with black hair (she may be Hispanic). PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY BY MOVING INTO THIS PLACE; THERE ARE BETTER COMPLEXES IN BOYNTON.
