Yes they did put in new appliances and fixtures to justify the $100 monthly rent increase after Pecor purchased it. The pool was resurfaced because Manatee county was closing it down due to leakage issues. Maintenance is NONE to VERY LITTLE. Waiting in repairs to a new rental for 3 months now. Sarah is hardly here and worried about appearance rather than making Mauricio the maintenance man do his jobs. They hire off the wall roofers, painters and flooring companies. They lifted the dangerous breed clause, no longer require rental insurance and have families of 4 in one bedroom apts and families of 6-8 in 2 bedroom apts. Walk around and see the trash and dog feces all over. About to break the lease and move to abetter managed complex.

I moved in December of 2018 right before new management . The apartments were updated with the new management team. Pool was resurfaced also yes it was a lil crazy with all the remodeling ,updates, process but the upgrades were worth it my favorite is glass top stove. I have had some serious issues lost power ,water heater went out BUT Sarah and Moe fixed all my issues in a timely manner and were very helpful through the process . I feel safe living here love my neighbor were buds. These apartments are being updated and are nice. No major issues safe place,pool is nice dog friendly my neighbors here try to become close friends so it makes it a fun safe place to live they look out for each other like a good community not just renters!!!.we just had a halloween party at our club house!! Not alot of rental apartment places do parties for residents !!! they made me welcomed so me n my pup are happy to call Aaron Lakes home!! Looking to stay for years to come. Good team doing good upgrades and fun things for us . GREAT place I'm renewing my lease and yes rent went up alil not bad though!!

Current state of affairs under new owner Adrizzone is a complete joke. Not fixing repair slips. In process of replacing appliances, cabinets, lights, fans which is a joke as they are smaller size thus leaving gaps in flooring seeing concrete. Extermination is a joke. Thursday before Memorial weekend they completely closed the pool (except for on site managers family) knowing the repairs would not commence until the end of the week. Plus raised the rent $80 per unit. Poor management and maintenance staff. Renters BEWARE!!

In feb of 2014 the owners and managers sold aaron lake apartments to a new owner who brought in a managment company called Ram associates and they are terrible, they have let this place go bad since they took over. They have raised rents kicking tenants out that have been here from 5 to 10 years, they dont clean up the garbage, the place has insect infestations that they are slow to take care of if at all. Maintence is slow and not very good. Parking is an issue, Aaron lakes is a dump now.
