The apartment is beautiful inside. The interior noise from neighbors are awful for a brand new built complex. Can hear pets and every heavy walk 24/7 intermintently all hours. Parking needs are high. Maintenance staff are awesome. Office staff are kind and respond when necessary and in reasonable time when issues arise. Ammenities are pretty good. Complex needs basketball courts or something so kids don't use building/gazebo as a board. Location is really good to 75 and downtown.

The grounds are well kept, Maintence requests are answered very quickly. My apartment is beautiful, I love the curved arches and my porch. My apartment is made with the handicapped in mind; specificity the bathroom is huge. It has no tub but a walk in shower. It is open and airy and it has a washer and dryer. I love it. Oh, and the cabinet space is impressive. I was looking for something and discovered I had another empty one. The office staff are delightful.

Its apartment living and the walls are thin. I can hear a baby cry, foot steps from the 3rd floor tenants (I live on the 2nd floor), garbage disposals grinding, toilets flushing, the creaking of the shower above me, my neighbor whistling and unbalanced washing machines. I do not have a pet myself however I do love all animals and feel that with respect to those who are not pet owners there should be designated potty areas and all pet owners should abide to those areas.The odor at entrance is bad

The rating would have been excellent except for the parking situation, Regularly have to park in area away from my immediate building.Several apartments have more than two car drivers needing a parking space.

Stairways and apartment entrances are not maintained well-garbage leakage and dead bugs everywhere. I have personally noticed the same dead lizard in front of my door for over a month. There are areas of my rug where the tack strip comes through and sticks into your feet. The sticky tiles in the kitchen come up in areas. I would be generally unhappy with workmanship if I owned the building. But the office staff is so amazing. Location is excellent! So the atmosphere does make up for the issues.

Great amenities but the quality of people living here not always the best. Seems like there are continued issues occurring and management puts out email not to do it but these things continued the entire time I've been here.
