Absolutely disgusting for the price! Price market has severely gone up. Roaches never leave, third floor balcony is broken and is a hazard on main stairway, holes in floors, filthy kitchen, rust, bath drains are tiny and water fills tub no matter what. Homeless live here, asking for money, fishing, living in woods off property. I've never seen anything like it. 2000 a month for a two bedroom, absolutely disgrace. I paid that much less than two years ago for a brand new 3 bedroom luxury apartment. Not recommended!

The office staff are rude and speak to try to insult your intelligence. The unit they showed me was disgusting. Not only was it filthy but there were several things wrong throughout the apartment. They had rust on almost every door hinge and that's if the door would even close.

Manager on property where never available when you need them . The area always flood when it rained . The price is not the seem. there are hiding fees. Bugs and mold in the place.
