Although the club house is beautiful, words can't express how dissatisfied and angry I was at the low level of unprofessionalism. I reserved the club house a month prior to my event AND I asked at least once every month-for SIX MONTHS-before to see if they decided the club house was even available for rent (at one time it wasn't). Therefore, you would think they'd be more prepared for us than they were. First, this was a wedding related event, so it was difficult not having the confirmation that the club house was available for rental in advance, because wedding invitations had to go out six months before the wedding, and that event info had to be included.Second, and more importantly, they had us go through forms and a meeting about how to treat and clean up their club house, and yet they weren't even prepared for us. They knew we required the grills to feed all our guests and yet there weren't any propane tanks!!! So we had to stop our wedding party, leave our guests, and spend money we didn't have (our wedding was the next day) on a propane tank.To make matters worse, my husband and I have tried and tried to contact the property manager about getting reimbursed for the propane tank by email, phone calls, messages, and visiting the office. We get the same answers; "You just missed her", "She just left", "I'll have the property manager call you back", etc etc, CLEARLY avoiding us. I've tried contacting the corporate office too. Nothing. We aren't even allowed to have propane tanks on our Lanai, but here we are having this stupid propane tank that we can't use and can't keep, but can't get reimbursed for it by Palm Cove. The money we spent on that tank is a lot to me, as a teacher. They still have yet to grow a pair and respond to us, especially after all the trouble they've caused. This is NOT how to treat your residents.
