DONT RENT from this place. they are far from luxury!!!The rating of this place is accurate however there are some pros living here believe it or not. Lets start with the pros....heart of brandon close to shopping marts and restaurants etc... SOME of the ladies in the front office are helpful and understanding but at the end of the day i know they are not calling the shots and running the place so you can't blame them. A list of cons.... Well i signed my lease here last November and dont want to sign again for a couple of reasons....1st: The new property owners are trying to increase rent $366 dollars more with no change to units besides screening in balcony....2nd: its roach infested and the guy that they send out from pest control never shows...2nd my ac have been struggle for 5 months now to keep the apartment cool sometimes it wont even make it to the set tempt. Haven't replaced it yet because they say it blows cool enough well now my teco bill is through the roof because of it. 3rd. The hallways leading out from my apartment ALWAYS have spiders and spiderwebs along with wasp. nest the never get knocked down unless we do it ourselves. 4th your WATER bill and SEWING bill are not separate from others. Which means if you're on vacation for a week or two you will still be paying for your building's consumption and the pool/sprinkler. 5th i'm wiilling to delete my review if we can come to terms that its not worth 366 increase in rent and some of the cons get addressed!!!

Beware, if you dont have bugs you will when you leave. Dont expect anything to get fixed either.

The roach infestation was ridiculous. Apartments were constantly flooding and drenching the carpet under washers refrigerator...air conditioner went out every other week. Nobody answers office phone. Always an excuse and nothing fixed right.
