    My apartment was great. I only said good as my neighbor was a bit loud. I didn't complain as I didn't want to be that kind of neighbor

    I find within the last couple of months the newer residents have no pride in the condo grounds. I have had to go out and pick up trash left on the grounds, cups,cans,styrafoam containers etc. Also problems with loud music and large groups of teens hanging out and trashing things.

    The location is excellent, the grounds most well kept.the office staff friendly. The walls are not insulated, you can hear your neighbors snore and walk above you.
