I like this neighborhood as we help each other. The neighborhood has people walking all hours who are friendly and like talking. This neighborhood has a good diversity of people.

Easy walk to grocery store, resturants, folks take pride in there dprotery and it shows. There are a couple of neighborhood bars that we can walk to along with several resturants

The outdoor recreation is great nice parks, bike paths everywhere. Restaurant and bars are all grouped together

The good and beautiful houses, clean streets, decent people, security cameras and excellent police services

It's the perfect neighborhood with perfect everything. Close to all, good schools, affordable walkable heaven world is what it is!
